At Kelly & Co’s®, we believe that doing good goes beyond our products—it’s about how we treat people, animals, and the planet. We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains.

1. About Kelly & Co’s®

Kelly & Co’s® is a proudly UK-registered business offering premium freeze-dried pet food and treats. With a strong focus on ethical sourcing and responsible manufacturing, we work with trusted partners globally to deliver natural, functional nutrition to pets in the UK. Our UK operations include procurement, warehousing, and e-commerce sales.

2. Our Commitment to Combating Modern Slavery

Modern slavery is a grave violation of human rights and includes practices such as forced labour, debt bondage, child labour, and human trafficking. Kelly & Co’s® strongly opposes all forms of modern slavery and is committed to proactive efforts to prevent such practices across our business and supply chain.

We fully support and comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and align our activities with the UK Government’s guidance on transparency in supply chains.

3. Our Supply Chain & Risk Areas

Our supply chain consists of ingredient suppliers, contract manufacturers, packaging providers, and logistics partners based both in the UK and internationally. We prioritise working with facilities and countries that uphold strong labour standards and oversight.

Nonetheless, we acknowledge that certain sectors—such as agricultural sourcing—pose a higher risk for modern slavery. As such, we maintain a robust supplier onboarding and monitoring process to minimise this risk.

4. Actions We Have Taken

To reduce the risk of modern slavery, Kelly & Co’s® has implemented the following measures:

  • Conducted supplier due diligence and risk assessments

  • Incorporated modern slavery clauses in new supplier contracts

  • Committed to sourcing only from suppliers that uphold ethical labour practices

  • Reviewed and enhanced internal policies to support responsible procurement

  • Provided training to key personnel on identifying and addressing modern slavery risks

5. Ongoing Improvement & Accountability

We recognise that addressing modern slavery is an evolving process. Our ongoing commitments include:

  • Regular reviews and updates of our risk assessments

  • Strengthening supplier audit and compliance procedures

  • Transparent reporting in future Modern Slavery Statements

  • Collaborating with industry partners to raise awareness and support shared ethical standards

6. Reporting Concerns

If an employee, supplier, or stakeholder has concerns about potential unethical or unlawful labour practices within our operations or supply chain, we encourage confidential reporting to our compliance team at:
